je n' arrive pas à imprimer avec mon imprimante hp deskjet 710c

euh un peu minces comme indications tu as le bon driver pour 2000?

 Salut !! Tu dis que tu n'arrives pas à imprimer, mais donne-nous un peu plus d'indications : 
> Y'a-t-il un message d'erreur qui s'affiche ?
> Entends-tu un bruit particulier ?
> Est-ce que ça plante ?
> ça te fais ça en permanence ?
....
A partird de là, on pourra te dépanner.... bye !

Bon je désinstalle et puis je réistalle le logiciel de l' imprimante car j'ai un messge " les fichiers ou données du port d' imprimante sont introuvables ou endommagés". Mais lors de la réinstallation un message d'erreur apparait : erreur 11 que " les fichier du port d'imprimante hp 710c series sont introuvables"

Oui ben là pas trop de solution car les drivers pour Deskjet 710 C sous 2000 et aussi sous XP n'existent pas !!!!!
Si si il faut le croire !!!!! Bravo HP

essaye pilote generique dans windows ou un pilote proche de ton imprimante .

charhyou, les drivers d'un périphérique doivent être asaptés à un système d'exploitation !!!! Dans ton cas, comme tu es sous Win 2000, il faut impérativement que les drivers de tes périphériques correspondent bien à Win 2000 !
Pour ce qui concerne la HP 710C, j'ai eu le probl chez un collègue : pas de driver disponible chez HP. J'ai réussi quand mme à faire marcher l'imprimante de manière très convenable avec un driver générique de WK2.

> charhyou : pour savoir si ton driver est compatible avec ton OS, tu vois ce qui est marqué sur la boite de ton CD, sur le lieu de téléchargement ou.... Tu l'as trouvé comment ? Es-tu sûr qu'il s'agit du BON pilote ?

There is no need to download a driver from the Web site if you selected a download link and were brought here. The most current driver is already integrated into Windows 2000 and it is already on every Windows 2000 PC. Follow the appropriate instructions below to install the correct printer driver using the Add Printer Wizard.

If you reached this page from a list of search results, click here to locate the most current driver available. You will be linked back to this page if this is the most current driver available.

En gros, le driver est inclus dans win 2000, pas besoin d'en installer un autre.
Voici comment faire:
Local printer
Follow these instructions to install the printer driver.
Click Start, Settings, then Printers.
Double-click Add Printer.
Click Next.
Select Local, then click Next.
Select Port (usually LPT1) then click Next.
Choose HP from the Manufacturer list.
Choose the printer model from the printer list, then click Next.
Select Yes if this printer is the default printer, or select No if this printer will only handle selected print jobs. Click Next to continue.
Leave as Do Not Share at the Printer Sharing Window and click Next.
Select No to skip the test page then click Next.
Click Finish to complete the installation.
If asked for a Windows disk, insert the appropriate Windows or PC Recovery disk and follow the instructions on the screen. Once the driver has been installed, it will be listed in the Printers window (Start, Settings, and Printers).
NOTE: Windows will only ask for the installation disk in very rare circumstances. If you insert the disk and windows cannot find the printer drivers, please contact Microsoft(R) or the computer manufacturer for assistance in locating the printer drivers.
Close the Printers window and try printing.

- Démarrer/paramètres/imprimantes
- ajout d'imprimante (double-clic)
- suivant
- local, suivant
- sélectionne le port (habituellement LPT1), suivant
- sélectionne la marque (HP) dans la liste de gauche
- le modèle dans la liste de droite, suivant
- OUI, suivant, suivant
- terminer
